Data Centers Experience

  • Precision Cooling (using CRAH, CRAC, in-Row, Humidity Controls units) Experience using hot sidle / cold aisle configuration. Comparative and feasibility studies will be presented to clients to widen their choice. and optimize the investment and life cycle cost.
  • Extensive design experience in design and implementation of both Hot Aisle Containment Systems ( HACS) & Cold Aisle Containment Systems (CACS) for high density IT Racks.
  • Extensive chilled water and minute to large stratified thermal storage design which reduces backup UPS sizing.
  • Tier 3 or Tier 4 designs concurrently Maintainable & Fault Tolerant Designs.
  • Extensive back up power and UPS experience.
  • Extensive Data Centers Infrastructure management (DCIM), Automation & SCADA design / Implementation Experience.
  • Extensive experience In Generators layouts, ventilation, acoustics, diesel and oil storage, acoustics, etc.
  • Dynamic Rotary UPS and static UPS using 12 and 2 V batteries.
  • Use of higher chilled water supply temperature and high delta T to achieve optimum operating efficiency while maintaining indoor temperatures below 28 OC.
  • Utilize Stratified Chilled Water thermal storage tanks using internal diffusers.
  • Maximize operating Chilled water DT to optimize piping network and thermal storage tank while reducing power consumptions.
  • Dynamic monitoring and controls to optimize efficiency and produce daily, monthly and yearly reports.
